TPM

CCTC performs TPM through the company's wide cooperation from the top management to the operators. Management deeply participates in the spot and group activities and establishes a comprehensive PM system concerning equipments from purchasing to scrap. The TPM's performance realizes the highest efficiency to equipments and makes the manufacturing system more efficient.

IE ㄗIndustrial Engineeringㄘ
By IE research, all factors are analyzed from incoming, manufacturing to delivering, and layout of machines, transferring of material and products, as well as configuration of work stations, interaction between machine, operator, and operation, so as to optimize and improve the manufacturing system, efficiency and environment.

Continuous Improvement Through PDCA
CCTC persists in PDCA circles to continuously improve the quality and environment system, so as to assure the customers of the product quality, as well as to improve environment.

Training
CCTC attaches importance to training, an important part of quality and environment assurance. Various training courses are offered to members, including internal training and intercourse, or outsourcing training such as by industrial expert so as to effectively promote the employees' competence and quality management capability.

TPI

Introduced by CCTC plant I at the end of 2005, TPI infused new dynamic energy to the twenty-year-old plant.
TPI is the abbreviation of Total Productivity Innovation. The soul of TPI is continuous innovation rather than continuous improvement. TPI stresses that objective must be set forth before working and regards 'TOP-DOWN' and 'focus on importance' as the basic idea. TPI requires linking the departments' activities to the objectives and making clear the activities' contribution to the objectives. The core of TPI is objective management. It decomposes the targets level on level until finally achieves the decomposition for each basic working step and responsible person. Then strictly set forth the finish time and control the whole work step by step in the form of work flow of project management. Run chart shall be pictured monthly for the level 1 and level 2 targets. The whole decomposition and running profile shall be displayed on the wall.
By TPI systematic diagram, the enterprise can not only control the management status clearly and timely, but also timely know the situation of the efficiency and production etc. so as to assure obtaining real management fruit, stimulating staff cohesion and a sense of belonging, creating a visualization working environment, eliminating the management in the form of documentation and the black-box operation to performance evaluation, promoting the internal communication, decreasing cost and increasing working efficiency and shaping the image of the company.The performing of TPI ultimately enhances the business management level.

Communication Meeting of Management and Technology

In order to encourage more management and technology personnel to deeply study, systematically summarize and share the resource of management and technology information with other colleagues, since 2005, CCTC plant I has organized the communication meeting of management and technology every season. In the past year, 17 management staffs and engineers took part in the speech. The topics involved quality planning, capacity boosting, manufacturing control, technology innovation, equipment improvement, cost saving and the technology analysis of the PCB industry. It is welcomed by the engineers and management personnel since it was organized and highly appreciated by the company's leaders.

Quality Season Movement

With responding to the country's quality month of September, CCTC plant I, taking quality as its life, sponsored the quality movement in the third season. The movement launched theactivities with 5 modules: quality propagation, enhancing all members' quality awareness,customer voice including display of field return defect and scrap boards, contest of quality knowledge and activity summarizing. A principal was assigned to a module and the principal was responsible for planning and implementing the concerned activities which stressed all members quality self-improvement. The movement was successfully closed by the end of September and achieved satisfactory results. The outstanding teams and individuals in the movement were honored.
