CCTC adopts various suitable management techniques and approaches for its management system's establishment, implementation and improvement and develops a lot of effective management activities. Followings are the primary management techniques and activities performed in CCTC.

5S

By the activities of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), CCTC creates a clean and tidy working environment, promotes disciplined team spirit and sense of responsibilities and ensures corporate image, as well as sense of belonging and motivation for employee, so as to reduce waste, improve safety and efficiency. And at the same time, members commonly get into the awareness of that "Be fastidious about every job rather than in a slapdash manner so that quality and environment can be guaranteed".

APQPㄗAdvanced Product Quality Planning and Control Planㄘ
APQP is a structured method of defining and establishing the steps necessary to assure that a product satisfies the customer. By multidisciplinary approach, APQP requires systematical planning for the product realization, FMEA, control plan, manufacturing instruction and the part approval procedure, then outputs the relative requirements and documentation for implementation, so as to reduce the risk of delivery and service failure at the customer's side and provide a quality product on time at the lowest cost as well as make sure that the products meet the customer's requirements.

FMEAㄗPotential Failure Mode and Effects Analysesㄘ
FMEA is utilized as a means to assure that, to the extent possible, potential failure modes and their associated causes/mechanisms have been considered and addressed. CCTC applies FMEA to systematically analyze every process during product realization, find out potential failure modes and analyze their effects. FMEA helps us take preventive actions for reducing the potential risks and improving the quality reliability.

PPAPㄗProduction Part Approval Processㄘ
PPAP is utilized by CCTC to determine that all customer engineering design record and specification requirements are properly understood and that the process has the potential to produce product meeting these requirements during an actual production run at the quoted production rate.

Team Construction
Various teams are organized and every team has its slogan and special area of responsibility. Focusing on some issues of the quality improvement, production safety and planning, by studying and analyzing, every one sets forth its improving actions and management objectives so as to boost quantity and quality, heighten the moral of CCTC's employees, and advance the employees' self-management which creates more profit for the company.

MSA(Measurement System Analysis)
MSA is the collection of instruments or gauges, standards, operations, procedures, fixtures, software, personnel, environment and hypothesis used to assign a number or attribute to the characteristic being measured and the complete process to obtain measurements. The measuring process must be defined as the manufacturing process and the output is data rather than the product.
CCTC utilizes SPC techniques to study and analyze the variation of the measuring process so as to ensure that the measurement system meets the requirements of the property being measured and the product quality test.

SPC techniquesㄗStatistic Process Control Techniquesㄘ
During the manufacturing and the quality analysis, CCTC alternatively applies various SPC techniques such as cause and effect diagram, Pareto diagram, scatter diagram, DOE to analyze and solve quality problems. For the process and product characteristics, control charts are used to control the relative parameters.
