4 Functions Management

A cross functional team is organized from 4 functions and their members to well support the production operation. The 4 functions are manufacturing, technology, quality and engineering maintenance.
TQMㄗTotal Quality Managementㄘ
TQM makes CCTC totally and systematically manage the quality. QC group is one of the activities. By TQM, CCTC got a lot of achievements. By the end of 2005, more than 20 of QC groups of CCTC have been granted awards by various institutes such as the former electronic ministry of China, electronic quality management association of China. In 1991, CCTC was awarded the NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD-SILVER PRIZE OF PRC which is the highest level and the only one prize ever granted to the PCB industry of China.

By "6 考 program" based on current quality management with the approach of "D (Define)-M (Measure)-A (Analyze)-I (Improve)-C (Control)", production and service are evaluated, then improvement projects are implemented to achieve minimum defects, to reduce waste and boost productivity, so as to satisfy our customers.
