      system, quality control, as well as to respond reasonedly and correctly.

      Customer specifications are confirmed and communicated by CCTC QA and        Engineering Center, so that the specifications are carried out to ensure the        compliance of product.

 Quality feedbackㄩ
      1.CCTC customer Service team receives quality feedback from customer,            including merits and defects, so as to comprehend customer's requirement            and provide better services.
      2.CCTC customer service team (QA, engineering, production, planning and            marketing) keeps the following promise for our customers. Quality feed back will
         be responded within 24 hours, with analysis report or current summarization/          schedule submitted within 3 days.

Corrective actionㄩ
      Customer feedback information and data are summarized and analyzed        regularly, in order to identify the primary issue, which will be rectified and        improved by the corresponding department, so as to prevent  the repeating        occurrence.

Action follow-upㄩ
      CCTC QA follows up the corrective actions for quality issue or customer  audit,        ensuring their implementation and effectiveness.

On-site serviceㄩ
      1.On-site service is timely conducted by customer service representatives  for the
         area with many customers.
      2.Customer service team of headquarter visits customer aperiodically, getting           process information and quality performance of our products, in order to           improve our services and products and, so as to enhance customer satisfactory.
