Since the day of its foundation, CCTC budgets and invests on environment project every year. On the base of ensuring the satisfaction of the environment indexes to the requirements of laws, the company tries its best to economize energy sources, decrease consumption, reduces and prevent pollution, and continuously improve manufacturing and office environment. At its very beginning of production equipments installation, the company sets environment protection handling facilities at the same time, and carries out 3 simultaneities in accordance with the decision of environment protection issued by the State Department. After that, accompanying with the development and grow of CCTC, environment protection is implemented all along according to the principle of 3 simultaneities. CCTC is awarded with "beautiful environment plant in Guangdong" in 1990, and "environment protection advanced company in Shantou" in 1992.

Along with the advance of work and enhance of employee's consciousness on environment protection, CCTC decides to found an environment management team and appoint an environment management representative, who is responsible for pushing the company's environment protection, establishing and implementing environment management system according to ISO14001:1996. In Oct. 1999, the company obtained certificate issued by CCEMS.

By establishing and implementing environment management system, CCTC systematically identifies and registers the environment influence and environment elements that are within its operation in full-scale, basing on which the important environment elements of the company are evaluated; Meanwhile CCTC acquires and identifies concerned environment laws and statutes and concerned requirements, and constitutes the company's environment management aims, indexes and schemes.

By establishing and implementing environment management system, CCTC is capable of obtaining concerned environment laws and statutes systemically, which are carried out during the daily management, thus fulfils the society responsibility and involved requirements stipulated by laws, and improves society image.
