Excellent Groups Award Meeting Was First Held At Production
Department CCTC PlantII

At 8am of 28th October, 2006, Excellent Group Award meeting In September of Production Dept. CCTC PlantII was first held. All the staffs of production department attended the award meeting. The meeting presider Miss Liao Miaoping who is the group leading staff briefly introduced the background, purpose and implementation of the program. Next, the Production Manager Mr Qian announced the awarding groups in September. Totally five excellent groups and five excellent group monitors as well as 33 excellent workers were awarded. 

The purpose to introduce into Group Building Program is to help the staffs build up their sense of responsibility, crisis and self-achievement consciously so as to realize the self-management and establish firm on-the-spot management base.

According to the organizer, it is only a beginning of today's award. It will be held monthly in the future. The outcome had be seen from the first step that motivated the enthusiasm of most staffs to find the problems and ways to solve by themselves.

It is deeply believed that the goal must be realized following the gradually development and completion of Group Build Program, which of course shall improve the staff's motivation and self-management as well as bring more profits for our company!
