CCTC Plant I Unveils winners of the Outstanding Team & Excellent
Personnel Awards of the All Employees Participating Activity in Q3 2005


The CCTC Plant I Pushing Committee of the All Employees Participating Activity announced winners of the outstanding team groups and excellent personnel awards of the activity in Q3 2005 to be 'the Top Team' and Mr.Su Peixuan respectively.

According to the stipulations on the Evaluation System of the All Employees Participating Activity, the committee examined 7 teams and 3 applicants who applied for the awards and approved one outstanding team and one excellent personnel, which account for 10% of the group and individual applicants respectively.

The Top Team excelled at meeting and exceeding the tough goal of 0.5% rejection rate of surface scratch after solder mask process by reducing the rate to 0.45% in September compared with 0.68% in August. The rejection rate is now maintained stable. Members of the team come from various processes of QA and Prod. Departments，which are showed as follows:

Mr. Su Peixuan won the award for his outstanding performance in taking part in all activities and trainings organized by the above-mentioned Committee and spreading what he has learned to QE and other processes in Prod. Dept. He has contributed himself more than anyone else to the activity by acquainting himself with the overall situations of equipment, workers and factory environment, which he learned in his spare time by enquiring relevant process leaders. As a result, he is able to coordinate the process leaders in pushing the activity aggressively.
