CCTC 2004 Annual Outstanding Employee Award

In the evening of 27th, Feb., CCTC's administration and management, as well as over 100 Outstanding Employee Award holders, had a get-together in Three Harmony Entertainment Center to have a celebration for the excellent employees which have granted the 2004 Outstanding Employee Award. Mr. Sam Mok, the president of CCTC presented a speech. He gave the workers his sincerely congratulations and highly appreciation for their hard working and achievement. By a whole year or even more longer contributions, the honorees gained the identification of the company, as well as the respect from all of our colleagues. It was not at all easy to get this honor.

Mr. Mok pointed out that by implementing a series of management activities in 2005, CCTC had set up a remarkable foundation for development. CCTC in this year had increased its input on pushing advanced management methods like 6Sigma, TPM, Workgroup self-management & discipline, employee working attitude stimulation, which have been proved to be effective. By taking part in these activities the employee becomes more and more independent, self-discipline and self-confidence as well, which fully demonstrates the enterprise culture and its management concept. Their good manners and positive attitude have gained the consent and appreciation of our customers and guests, which including those from Japan.

It is a good time to develop PCB industry in 2006. CCTC is catching up this opportunity and working hard to achieve its annual target, which is 1.4 billion RMB. Mr. Mok also indicated that the PCB industry was now facing fierce competitions. It has no advantage to keep the high volume production only under such situation. In stead, we shall produce more higher layer PCBs and HDI boards with better profit margin. To those products of high mix and small volume, which will have more profit margin, shall be managed and controlled more flexibly and more specifically when in production. Every section or process shall be adjusted timely in order to meet the specification of the products. Moreover, we shall enhance our quality control system and stabilize the quality of the products. Mr. Mok believed that the goal is achievable with our joint efforts.

Mr. Mok then granted the certifications to the 2004 annual outstanding employees, and took group pictures with them. 2004 Outstanding Employee Award holder Zhanzhenxian, together with Zhangjunhui, the previsous sessions' Outstanding Employee Award holder, represented the employees to gave speeches for their thankfulness to the leaders and colleagues as well as their determination to continuing theire contribution to the company. The activity finally was ended in the evening banquet with joyful atmosphere.
